Yeah, there's no blocking per se, but you can always remove someone from your friends list by tapping their name and hitting 'Remove Friend'. Cya later, annoying trainer!

Blocking in Pokémon GO isn’t really a thing. However, you can unfollow or unfriend trainers by going to your friends list and selecting the trainer you want to remove.

You can't block people directly in Pokémon GO. Just remove them from your friends list if they're bugging you.
