Lol, you can't 'block' in the traditional sense like in fighting games, but you can definitely make someone's day harder by using smart plays. Use Sage's wall to block entrances or slow orbs to control the pace. Cypher's traps can catch folks off guard, effectively 'blocking' their path. So, in a way, you're blocking with your big brain plays!
You can't really 'block' people like on social media if that's what you mean. If someone's being toxic, just report them and hope for the best. Valorant's more about blocking paths and slowing down enemies with abilities than blocking users.
