I’ve tried, but you can’t fully block them. Suggest reducing their visibility using the 'Not Interested' option!
Tapping on the three dots on a reel and selecting 'Not Interested' will help customize your feed. It’s not perfect, but it should reduce Reels appearing on your feed.
