How to Block on TikTok if There Are No Three Dots?
From my experience, TikTok updates can mess with the UI. Check for an update or restart the app if you can't find the blocking option!

If the three dots are missing, try clicking the arrow icon (it looks like a share icon), then select 'Block' from the options. Easy peasy!
Tap the user's profile, hit the three lines top right, then 'Privacy and Settings'鈥攜ou'll find 'Block' in there.
Just go to the profile you want to block, tap the three lines in the top-right corner, and you should see the 'Block' option there.
Look for the 'More' button (usually three horizontal lines); it's a different layout sometimes.
