How to Block a Person from a Facebook Business Page
Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook Business Page, click 'Settings', then 'People and Other Pages'. Find the person you want to block, click the gear icon next to their name, and select 'Ban from Page'. Boom, blocked!

Just go to your page settings, hit 'People and Other Pages', find the troublemaker, click the gear icon, and ban them. Done!
From personal experience, once you find the user in 'People and Other Pages', click that gear icon and ban away. It's like magic!
