Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Enable it, then navigate to 'Allowed Apps' and toggle Roblox off. Easy-peasy!

From personal experience, the best method is through Screen Time. You can even set a passcode so the kiddo can't change it back!
