Go to your business page, click on 'Settings', then 'People and Other Pages'. Find the person you want to block, click the gear icon next to their name, and select 'Ban from Page'.
Just go to the post where the person commented, click the three dots next to their comment, and choose 'Ban from Page'.
You can also type the person's name in the search bar on your page, click on their profile, and select the option to ban them.
