How to Block Someone from a Facebook Page
Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook Page, click on 'Settings' in the top right, then 'People and Other Pages' on the left. Find the person you want to block, click the gear icon next to their name, and hit 'Ban from Page.' Poof, they're gone!
