Turn off notifications for WhatsApp calls. Not exactly blocking, but you'll get some peace from those constant rings.
Open WhatsApp, go to Settings > Account > Privacy, and block the contact you don't want to get calls from. Easy-peasy!
Go to the chat with the person you want to block, click on their name at the top, and select 'Block Contact.' Bam, no more calls!
