The Xbox Series S doesn't support Bluetooth directly. You'd need a Bluetooth transmitter adapter connected to your controller or console for that.

Unfortunately, you can't use Bluetooth with the Xbox Series S. You gotta stick with Xbox Wireless or wired options.
