You need a Radiation Suit and a Repair Tool. Swim to the front-left of the Aurora and find a way in from there.

To board the Aurora, first make sure you have a Radiation Suit, a Repair Tool, and a Propulsion Cannon. Then, head to the front left side of the ship and look for a ramp to climb up.
