First off, make sure you close any unnecessary background apps; they're FPS eaters! Dive into the game settings and lower your graphics settings - think resolution, shadows, and textures. If you're not playing on a potato, try just tweaking a few settings down instead of going full potato mode. Also, update your graphics drivers; they often come with optimizations for games like Valorant. Lastly, tweaking your laptop's power settings to 'High performance' can squeeze out some extra FPS. Just be ready for your battery to say 'goodbye' quicker!

EZ fix: Just lower all your settings to the minimum and watch your FPS go brrr. Who needs graphics when you can actually shoot straight, right?

I actually got a decent FPS boost by cleaning my laptop's fans. Dust buildup was turning it into a toaster oven. Better airflow = cooler laptop = better performance. Might not work for everyone, but it's worth a shot before you start sacrificing graphics on the altar of FPS.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
