Hey! To get your Steam Deck into BIOS, press and hold the Volume Up (+) button, then press the Power button. Keep holding Volume Up until the BIOS menu pops up. Easy peasy!

From personal experience, it's all about holding the Volume Up button and then hitting Power. Worked like a charm for me!
