Just use bombs. Simple, effective, and straight to the point. Why bother with fancy tools when a good old bomb does the trick?

Breaking corruption blocks in Terraria is a bit of a process because you can't just swing at them with any old tool. You'll need something called a 'Purification Powder' sold by the Dryad, or get yourself a The Destroyer or a stronger pickaxe, like the Nightmare Pickaxe or better. Early game, the Purification Powder is your go-to, but once you can craft or obtain a better pickaxe, that's the way to smash through corruption like a boss!

Honestly, I've always just gone the pickaxe route. Crafting the Nightmare Pickaxe as soon as possible has never failed me. Quick tip: keep an eye out for those demonite ores!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
