Gotta get your hands on the Picksaw, my friend. It drops from the Golem boss inside the Jungle Temple itself. It's kinda like the game's way of saying, 'You beat the boss, now remodel his house!'
Technically, you can also use the Laser Drill post-Plantera. But let's be real, by the time you get to drilling, you've probably already redecorated the whole temple with Picksaw.
