Wrong tools, folks. Obsidian needs a touch of class, like the Nightmare or Deathbringer pickaxe. Anything less just won't cut it.

If you're into shortcuts, you're outta luck with obsidian. No cheats or easy outs. Craft that Nightmare or Deathbringer and get digging!

Just use bombs. Lol, but seriously, bombs or dynamite won't do the trick for obsidian. You gotta craft the right pickaxe. Nightmare or Deathbringer pickaxes are your best bet. Happy mining!

Breaking obsidian in Terraria is pretty straightforward once you've got the right tools. You'll need at least a Nightmare Pickaxe or a Deathbringer Pickaxe. These can mine obsidian like a hot knife through butter. Just make sure you've defeated the Eater of Worlds or the Brain of Cthulhu to get the necessary materials for these pickaxes!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
