Honestly, just keep spamming as many units as you can at it. More units = faster break.
Focus your strongest units on the shield, then send waves of weaker ones right after to overwhelm and break it.
From my experience, upgrading your units' attack power beforehand helps a lot in breaking through shields more efficiently.
