The only way to get a Tawkerr is by zapping specific eggs into its statue on Wublin Island. You can't just breed it from other monsters. Good luck zapping!
From firsthand experience, I can tell you that breeding is impossible for Tawkerr. You have to zap specific eggs into its Wublin form on Wublin Island. Took me several tries but it's worth it!
