Epic Trox is a tricky one. On Earth Island, breed a Thumpies with a Drumpler. Just be patient, it might take a few tries!
You can't breed Epic Trox. They're only available during special events or by purchasing with diamonds.
From my experience, Epic Trox on Water Island needs a Scups and a Quibble. Took me about 5 tries, so hang in there!
