First, build an Alien Containment tank in your base. Then, place the fish you want to breed inside the tank. After a while, they'll lay eggs which will hatch into baby fish!

Been there, done that! Just catch fish, dump them in an Alien Containment tank, and watch nature take its course. Easy peasy!
