In my experience, the bribery option shows up under 'Occupation' and 'Education' only after you fail to get into college. You’ll get a prompt to pay up!
To bribe a college official in BitLife, navigate to the occupation tab, select education, and you'll see the option to bribe once you've failed to get in legitimately.
It's easy! Just go to 'Occupation,' then 'Education,' and if your first shot at getting in fails, you should see the bribe option pop up.
