How to Bring Up Console Commands in Fallout 4
Pro tip: If the tilde key (~) isn't working for you, try checking your keyboard settings. Some non-US keyboard layouts might require a different key. And remember, there's no undo button in life or Fallout 4 console commands, so save first!

Just hit the tilde (~) key, bud. It鈥檚 like the magic wand for Fallout 4; it summons the console command fairy. Type your spells (commands) there and watch the magic happen. But beware, with great power comes great potential to mess up your save files. Always save first!
Tilde key not your style? You can't change it. Fallout 4 made it the gatekeeper to console commands for a reason. Embrace the tilde (~), and all the power (and responsibility) it brings.
I disagree with the save warning. Live dangerously. What鈥檚 the worst that could happen? #YOLO
To open the console command in Fallout 4, just press the tilde key (~). It's usually located right below the Escape (ESC) key on your keyboard. Once you press it, a dark grey console should appear at the bottom of your screen, and you can start typing in your commands. Remember, using console commands can sometimes glitch your game, so save your progress before experimenting!
