I spent more time than I'd like to admit figuring this out. Then, it hit me, or rather, the manual did - Steam button plus X. Wish I knew sooner; would've saved me from accidentally launching games instead.
Just hit Steam + X. That's it. Short and sweet.
Honestly, I just use a bluetooth keyboard. The shortcut's cool, but nothing beats the physical keys for me.
