Press both the 'View' (overlapping squares) and 'Menu' (three lines) buttons together on your Xbox One controller. It'll pop up the Xbox 360 guide overlay.

Easy peasy! Just press the 'View' and 'Menu' buttons (the ones with the two overlapping squares and the three lines) at the same time on your Xbox One controller. Boom, you're in the Xbox 360 menu!

Some games may have their own ways to access menus. But for most, the 'View' and 'Menu' buttons combo should work.
