First, you've gotta find and scan the battery charger fragments, which are normally found in the Grassy Plateaus, Wrecks, and Mushroom Forests. Once you have the blueprint, build it using the Habitat Builder. You'll need a wiring kit, copper wire, and titanium to craft it. Easy peasy!

I found all mine in the Grassy Plateaus wrecks. Scan those fragments and then you'll be able to craft it with copper wire, titanium, and wiring kit. Trust me, it's a game changer!

I never bothered with the battery charger, just make more batteries and swap them out.
