I just built a daycare last week! Finish the 'Nanny Knows Best' quest to unlock the option, then head to the community centers tab. Easy peasy daycare-squeezy!

To build a daycare in Sims FreePlay, you'll need to complete the 'Life Dreams & Legacies' quest, which unlocks the community center. Once you've done that, you'll find the daycare center option inside!

You can鈥檛 actually build a specific daycare, but you can use any house and convert it with kid's furniture and playground stuff! Just use your creativity.
