To build a farm in State of Decay 2, you'll need to find a base with an open outdoor small slot. Once you've secured a base, go to the base screen, select an empty outdoor small slot, and choose 'Farm' from the build options. Make sure you've got enough materials and labor! Your survivors will thank you for the fresh veggies.

First-hand experience here: You need to ensure your base has an empty plot in an outdoor small slot. Then, simply head to the Facilities tab, select an empty slot, and choose to build a Farm. Just remember to bring your seeds and prepare to defend it from the occasional zombie attack!

Just use the menu and select an outdoor small slot to build a Farm. Easy peasy, right?

Forget building a farm; just trade with enclaves for food. It's less work and more exciting!
