To build a Reactor (Orokin Reactor) in Warframe, you'll need to obtain a Blueprint. You can get these as rewards from certain alerts, invasions, or from the Nightwave offerings. Once you have the Blueprint, go to your Foundry on your ship and craft it using the required resources listed on the Blueprint.

First, get a Reactor Blueprint from Nightwave or special alerts. Then, head to the Foundry and craft it with the required materials. Simple as that!
