You'll need the 'Multiple Floors' gamepass first. Once you've got that, go into Build Mode, click on the up arrow to go to the second floor, and start designing!
Before anything, get the 'Multiple Floors' gamepass. Then go into Build Mode, and use the arrows on the right to go up a floor. Start placing your walls and floors wherever you want.
Just buy the 'Multiple Floors' gamepass. After that, enter Build Mode, switch to the second floor using the floor selector, and start building. Simple!
