To build a skylight in Bloxburg, use the 'Build' mode, select the roof section, and choose 'Glass Roof'. Place it where you want the skylight!

I built a skylight by using the 'Basement' pass. Put a floor where the skylight should be and make it glass. Works like a charm for visibility!
