Honestly, it's all about those floor tiles and fences. Just make a rectangle, add a net, and there you go!

Start by creating a rectangular plot with the basic shapes and use floor tiles for the tennis court surface. Add fences or walls for the boundary, and don't forget to place a net in the center using the 'Structural' items in Build Mode. You can paint the floor to make it look like an actual tennis court.

From personal experience, I'd recommend using the 'Standard Fence' to outline your court and 'Plain White' tiles for the lines. It makes a great looking court!

Okay, so step one: make a huge rectangle using floor tiles and paint it green. Step two: use fences to outline the court. Step three: use 'Structural' items to make a net. Boom, tennis court!
