I鈥檝e built a few fountains myself! Get into Build Mode, select the 'Plumbing' tab, and there you'll find some nice pre-built fountains. If you want to get creative, use various 'Structural' items to build custom shapes and add 'Water Emitters' for a DIY fountain.
