First, go to your Foundry鈥攊t's that workshop thing in your ship. Select the blueprint you want to build, then make sure you have all the required resources. Hit 'Build', and wait... maybe go kick some Grineer butt while you do!
Gather the required resources for the blueprint, head to your Foundry, and start the creation process. Easy peasy!
Honestly, just collect a bunch of resources, go to the Foundry, and click build. Patience required, Tenno!
