Building lights in Fallout 4 is pretty straightforward! First, make sure you've got a Workshop and some power ready to go. Then, open your Workshop menu, and navigate to the Power section. Under Power, you'll find the Lighting tab which has all the light options. Choose the one you like, place it where you want, and make sure it's connected to a power source with wires. Remember, some lights require direct power, and others, like light bulbs, need to be within the area of a power emitter. Happy decorating!

I wired my whole settlement only to find out my lights wouldn't turn on because I forgot to actually power the generator. So, pro tip: Make sure your power source is actually on. Felt like a real wasteland rookie.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
