To build a roof in V Rising, you need to first construct walls and then place a Castle Heart to start building your castle. Once you've done that, you can start adding roofs to fully enclose your rooms. Easy peasy vampire squeezy!

You can't directly build a roof piece-by-piece in V Rising. Instead, make sure the room is fully enclosed with walls and then the game will automatically add the roof for you when it's complete.
