Go to your base, hit the Build Facility button, choose an empty spot, and select 'Sleeping Area'. Easy peasy!

To build a sleeping area in State of Decay: YOSE, open the base menu, select an empty slot, and choose 'bedroom' from the list of available facilities. Sweet dreams!

I managed to get my survivors a good night's sleep by building a sleeping area. Just use the base menu and select 'beds' for that cozy upgrade!
