And don’t worry about the cops; just keep an eye out and run when they show up. Another method is playing sports like golf or tennis. Not as fast as brawling with the locals, but definitely less risky!

Arm wrestling also does the trick. It’s quick and effective. Find arm wrestling matches through the Quick Job menu on your phone in-game. It’s a fun way to build strength and test your might against other players.
Honestly, just start a fight with everyone you see. It's not the most glamorous advice but it works. Well, in GTA 5 I mean. Please don't try this IRL. Your strength stat will skyrocket before you know it.
You're all missing out on the peaceful path. Just play a lot of golf or tennis. It's way more chill and you still get those strength gains. Plus, you don't have to run from the police every 5 minutes.
