Just grind the Necraloid Syndicate on Deimos for parts. Assemble in Foundry. Voila, Necramech.
First, head to Deimos and buddy up with the Necraloid Syndicate. You'll need to grind for standing to buy blueprints. After you get the parts, use the Foundry to assemble your new mech.
To build a Necramech, you need to first unlock the Necraloid Syndicate at the Necralisk on Deimos. From there, accumulate standing and acquire the parts blueprints. Craft the pieces in your Foundry, then slam 'em together like a LEGO master!
