To build with concrete in Fallout 4, first, make sure you've got enough concrete materials, which you can find by scrapping rubble and debris in your settlements or buying from vendors. Then, head to your workshop, choose the 'Structures' tab, navigate to 'Concrete,' and you'll see various options like walls, floors, and stairs to start building your concrete fortress. Don't forget to align them carefully; the snap feature helps a lot with this!

Simple, mate. Gather concrete, go to workshop, pick concrete structures, and build whatever you fancy. It ain't rocket science, just make sure you're not building a maze you can't exit.

Guys, don't overcomplicate this. Honestly, building with concrete is cool and all for that bunker feel, but wood is way easier to find and work with. Just saying, not everyone wants to live in a grey cube.
