To buy a nightclub in GTA 5, ya gotta first play through the 'After Hours' update content. Then, hop onto the in-game internet and visit the Maze Bank Foreclosures website. Here, you'll see a list of available nightclubs to buy. Make sure you got enough GTA$ though, cause these cool spots ain't cheap!

Just grind missions till you're loaded, then buy any nightclub from Maze Bank Foreclosures site in the game. Easy peasy.

Honestly, buying a nightclub ain't worth it unless you're deep into the game. Costs a ton and takes forever to pay off. Just my two cents.
