Just go to your Market in the Orbiter and search for 'Codex Scanner.' It's pretty cheap, so no worries!
You'll want to head over to the Market in your orbiter. Search for 'Codex Scanner' and buy it for credits. Easy peasy!
Buying a scanner in Warframe is overrated. Just steal them from your teammates in missions. (JK, but seriously - hit up the Market).
Why buy when you can start with free ones? Check your gear wheel first, you might already have some Codex Scanners! Otherwise, head to the Market.
