You can't buy an exact amount of V-Bucks, but you can get as close as possible by choosing from the preset packs. For example, 1,000, 2,800, 5,000, or 13,500 V-Bucks packs are available in the Fortnite store.
I've found the best way is to just buy the V-Bucks packs available in the store. They come in different amounts, so just pick the one that's closest to what you need, and you'll be good to go!
