To buy cars in GTA San Andreas, you gotta hit up the in-game car dealerships. Look for them in the bigger cities within the game. Some are pretty hidden, so keep an eye out. Once you find a dealership, just walk into the marker in front of the desired car, and if you've got enough cash, it's all yours.
