Simply make a new account set to Japan region and buy Japanese PSN cards to fund it.

Create a new PlayStation Network account on your console or through the PlayStation website, and select Japan as your region. You'll need a separate email address for this. Once you have your account, you can access the Japanese PSN store! You might need Japanese PSN cards to add funds, which you can buy online from sites like Play-Asia.

I have a Japanese PSN account and it鈥檚 super simple. I just signed up with a different email and picked Japan as my region. Now I grab Japanese PSN cards from Amazon JP or Play-Asia whenever I want!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
