Easy peasy, just use your Gold! Check out the weapon shop in town to buy new gear and upgrade your current weapons. Happy hunting!
From personal experience, make sure you complete harder dungeons! They drop more Gold and sometimes even better weapons directly. Save up and splurge in the shop!
You don't really need to buy more weapons. Just grind dungeons for drops and you'll get better stuff for free.
