Just did this last week. Navigate to the PS Plus section in the store, add the subscription to your cart, and choose wallet funds at checkout. Simple as that!

Navigate to PS Store > PS Plus section. Select your subscription plan, proceed to checkout, and pick the wallet funds option. Done!

You can’t use wallet funds directly. Use a credit card or PayPal.
