How to buy pylons in Terraria
Buying pylons in Terraria is all about making your NPCs happy! Each biome has its specific pylon that you can buy from an NPC who's happy enough. Put at least two NPCs close to each other in the correct biome. The happier they are, the quicker they'll sell you a pylon. Remember, different NPCs like different biomes and neighbors, so mix and match until you find their happy place!

I actually managed to buy all the pylons by carefully arranging my NPCs based on who likes whom and their preferred biomes. It took some trial and error, but seeing my teleportation network complete was totally worth it. Keep trying different combinations; the satisfaction is real!
