You can't buy robux using Google Play balance directly on a PC. Stick to mobile.

Just go to the Roblox app on your Android, tap on the robux purchase option, and choose Google Play balance when prompted. Ta-da, you've got robux!

I do this all the time! Open the Roblox app on your phone, tap the robux icon, pick the amount you want, and select Google Play as the payment method. Your Google Play balance will cover the cost.
