First, make sure you have at least two floors. Then, just head to the Home Store under the ‘Stairs’ tab and pick your favorite.
To buy stairs in The Sims FreePlay, open the home store, go to the 'Stairs' tab, and choose the design you like. Make sure you have a second floor built first!
Coming from experience, don’t forget to build up before you can go up! Once you have two floors, head to the Home Store, select ‘Stairs,’ and voila!
