Easiest way? Go to your phone, open the web browser, and buy stocks through the LCN or BAWSAQ markets. Honestly, though, the real trick is knowing WHEN to buy. Hint: Follow Lester's assassination missions closely for big payouts.
I wouldn't bother with stocks in GTA V, stick to heists. Better money, more fun.
